What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are listed in GBP (£).

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for production, after which your order will be shipped. Average shipping time is 15–21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after shipping. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at plannersforteachers@gmail.com.

I’m not happy with my order—can I return it? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. You will need to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund your original purchase amount.
Please include your name and order number in the return package.
Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before requesting a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty. If the item has already been shipped, please use our return process to receive a full refund.

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct details. You can also email us at plannersforteachers@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, if more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot offer a refund for an incorrect address.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from various fulfillment centres. On average, shipping takes 15–25 business days.
